Harvard Distribution Services is a university-authorized direct-to-student advertising medium on campus. The clientele ranges from big-name recruiters like Goldman Sachs publicizing information sessions to local pizza shops distributing coupons to college students.

The Manager / Assistant Manager leads a staff of 10-15 distributors, offers excellent customer service to current clients, prospects new clients, and investigates new partnerships and business ideas.

As a Manager / Assistant Manager at Distribution you will:

• Lead the staff to continually improve the effectiveness and quality of services to clients
• Provide extensive customer service to a diverse client portfolio
• Research and implement new ways to improve customer satisfaction
• Launch marketing plans to encourage clients to use the service
• Examine potential business opportunities and implement a new plan if financially viable
• Analyze financial statements to determine the profitability of each segment of the agency
