Charlie Cardillo

 Charlie Cardillo graduated from Harvard College in 1991. He is currently the executive director of the Harvard College Fund, which helps to support Harvard through alumni giving.  He previously served as the deputy executive director of the Harvard Alumni Association.  Charlie has a background in non-profit database marketing and analytics developed through his past role as vice president of marketing and sales for Target Analysis Group (now Blackbaud’s Target Analytics).

Michael Cronin

Michael F. Cronin graduated from Harvard College in 1975 and Harvard Business School in 1977. As an undergraduate at Harvard, he served as President of Harvard Student Agencies, Laundry Manager and Bartending Course Instructor. In 2007, the Michael F. Cronin Center for Enterprise was renamed in his honor. He has served on the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies’ Board of Governors, on the National Venture Capital Association’s Board of Directors and on the Harvard University Board of Overseers. Currently he is a trustee of the Loeb Classical Library, on the Advisory Board of the School of Engineering and Applied Science, on the visiting committee to Harvard Business School, the HAA Nomimating Committee and Treasuer of the Harvard Club of Boston. He is a trustee and on the Foundation Board of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Previously, Mr. Cronin was on the Board of Directors of numerous private and public companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Amscan Holdings, Innovation Technology Group and Wolf Holdings Organization. Mr. Cronin is the co-founder and managing partner of the private-equity firm Weston Presidio.



Meg Brooks-Swift

Meg Brooks Swift graduated from Harvard College in 1993 and University of Texas at Austin in 2000 with an MBA and Master of Public Affairs. She currently works as the director of the Harvard Student Employment Office where she oversees undergraduate research awards and federal work study for the university while also serving as an Admissions Officer.  Meg was a Teach for America corps member and then spent 5 years as a research assistant at The Better Homes Fund where she conducted research and developed programs for homeless families.  Following graduate school, Meg returned to Harvard where she served as Director of the Public Service Network at Phillips Brooks House between 2001-2005.  She left Harvard briefly to join the Klarman Family Foundation as a Program Officer.  Meg lives in Cambridge with her husband,  two young children and their dog Austin.



Bob Doyle

 

Robert (Bob) Doyle is the associate dean, Faculty of Arts and Sciences and served previously as associate dean of Harvard College. He is a freshmen academic advisor, advisor to the Harvard Romanian Association, and advisor to the Harvard Czech and Slovak Society. Mr. Doyle is the U.S. Representative to the International Council for Educational Media (an affiliate of UNESCO), as well as a board member of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology. Previously, Mr. Doyle Conducted graduate studies at Boston University and wrote a doctoral dissertation on the relationship between job satisfaction and self-concept. He is also the author of various peer-reviewed journal articles on topics ranging from job satisfaction and 360-degree feedback to language resource center development and managing multimedia technology in higher education. Mr. Doyle earned his doctorate in Boston University in 1986 and also enrolled in New York University and Massachusetts College of Art and Design.



Tom Eisenmann

Thomas R. Eisenmann graduated from Harvard College, magna cum laude, in 1979 and earned his MBA in 1983 and DBA in 1998 from Harvard Business School. He is currently the William J. Abernathy Professor of Business Administration in the Entrepreneurial Management Unit at Harvard Business School. Prior to his Doctoral Program, Professor Eisenmann worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He is a member of the Strategic Management Journal editorial board and the editor of Internet Business Models: Text and Cases, (McGraw-Hill/Irwin, 2002). In addition to Harvard Student Agencies, Professor Eisenmann also serves on the board of directors of Harvard Business Publishing, Brilliant Film Fund LLC, and on the Advisory Board of the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard. Professor Eisenmann was a member of the board of directors of OneMain.com, one of the ten largest U.S. Internet Service Providers prior to its acquisition. 



Gary Fortier

Gary Fortier graduated from Harvard College in 1994, cum laude, and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2000, beta gamma sigma, after serving as an army infantry captain. As an undergraduate at Harvard, Mr. Fortier served as manager of The Campus Store, a combination of The Harvard Shop and Dorm Store/Rentals. After business school, he worked as manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on supply chain, strategic sourcing, strategy and e-sourcing for Fortune 500 clients. He also worked as a a field operator at The Home Depot where he had revenue and personnel responsibility for multiple locations. Mr. Fortier currently works as Vice President of Operations at PowerAdvocate, a company that provides market and cost intelligence to energy companies to optimize financial results.



Ellen Hoffman

Ellen G. Hoffman was president of Devonshire Custom Publishing, a firm owned by Fidelity Investments, that published investment portfolio information for major financial services companies.  Prior to taking the helm at Devonshire she was senior vice president of Fidelity Investments, holding various positions in marketing, strategic planning, systems planning and business management. Prior to Fidelity Ellen held brand management positions at Lotus Development Corporation, where she was in charge of Lotus 1-2-3, and The Gillette Company, where she marketed various personal care product lines and introduced several new products.

 

In addition to Harvard Student Agencies, Inc. and Let’s Go Inc., Ellen serves on the board of directors of The Center for Women & Enterprise, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women to become economically self-sufficient through entrepreneurship and business. She is an overseer of the  Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA, and recently completed her term as an   overseer of the  Wellesley Centers for Women, the largest center in the U.S. conducting research and action on issues central to women and children. Ellen is a founding member of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council, an international organization of Wellesley College alumnae holding prominent positions in business, government and non-profit management, as well as a past board member and treasurer of the Wellesley College Alumnae Association.

 

Ellen graduated from Wellesley College in 1968, and majored in Mathematics.  She earned her MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School in 1976.

Lynne O'Connor

Lynne O’Connor graduated from Harvard College in 1982 and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1986, where she received a fellowship form the American Association of University Women. During her undergraduate years at Harvard, she served as president and chairwoman of HSA as well as publishing manager of Let’s Go Travel Guides and assistant manager of Distribution. Ms. O’Connor is currently Senior Director of Client & Brand Strategy at Vistaprint. Prior to that she was a partner at Lippincott, a leading brand strategy and design consultancy, and a principal of Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) where she consulted on a range of strategic marketing and branding issues and developed customer-driven growth strategies for clients across industries. She brings experience with both consumer and business companies such as Andersen Windows, AOL, The Bank of New York Mellon, Credit Suisse, Disney, Iron Mountain, Johnson Controls, Nestlé and United Technologies.  She also has a passion for working with nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the board of Big Sister Association of Greater Boston and as a trustee of her local public library. Ms. O'Connor began her post-undergraduate professional career as an assistant brand manager at Procter & Gamble. 

 



Scott Randall

 

 

Scott Randall is a high technology industry veteran and visionary Internet entrepreneur who has demonstrated success at creating and selling into new markets. Mr. Randall has led internet-based companies since 1994, including Yahoo Shopping and FairMarket, a leading provider of internet auction software, which he founded and led as CEO from inception to initial public offering.
Mr. Randall is a graduate of Harvard College (’84), where he was Manager of the Laundry Agency. Mr. Randall received his MBA from Harvard Business School (’87).
